The Canadian Philosophy Show #630
Title: Philosophies of Dialogue
Description: A discussion on the relationship between the process of doing philosophy and the process of having a dialogue. This show draws on content from the Socratic dialogues, Martin Buber's concept of I and Thou relationships, and the modern perspectives of Science with regards to truth and knowledge. There are some brief mentions of the epistemological nature of dialogue and how dialogue can shape our perspectives of knowledge within societal or logical rules.
